1. Choose your lenses
Order the lenses you need in our webshop. You can choose between different types and coatings.
Do you know your prescription? You can send us your prescription details during the ordering process.
Do you want to keep the same prescription? We'll find out your parameters using your existing lenses.
Do you need an eye test? Contact us for a appointment with one of our partner opticians. More info
2. Send us your glasses
During the ordering process, you can choose how you want to deliver your glasses to us.
Send us your frame by mail
You will receive an email with a shipping label. Attach this to your package and bring it to a post office near you.
Hand over your glasses to a partner optician
During the ordering process, select a store near you. After completing your order, you can bring your glasses to one of our partners.
Can't do without your glasses? We'll place your new lenses in your frame while you wait. More info
3. We get to work
For your new lenses, we only use premium quality made in Belgium. Our experienced opticians assemble the lenses to fit your favorite frame perfectly. This way you can keep wearing your existing frame.
4. See clearly again
Receive your glasses at home
Once your lenses have been installed, we will send your glasses back to you. Within 5-8 business days you will receive the package by mail.
Come pick up your glasses
Did you drop off your glasses at one our partner opticians? Then you will be notified as soon as it is available for collection again.
Do you have an imprint taken of your lenses? Then we'll put them together on-site so you can take your glasses home straight way. More info

An eye test costs €20 and can be paid in the store. During the ordering process, you can select a partner optician near you. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we only work by appointment. After completing your order, you can book your appointment by phone or email.
Don't have a backup pair of glasses or prefer not to wear contact lenses? We've got you covered! Simply order your new lenses online, then visit one of our convenient partner opticians. Using advanced 'tracer' technology, they'll create a precise digital impression of your existing lenses, capturing their exact shape.This accurate imprint ensures your new lenses are custom-cut to perfectly match your current frames. You'll receive a call from us as soon as your lenses are ready – usually within 5-8 business days. Then, just drop by, and our optician will expertly fit them into your glasses on the spot, so you can walk out seeing clearly right away.
Yes. You can deliver and pick up your frame from one of our partners, so you don't have to send it by mail. First order your glasses online (or contact us if you need help with this) and choose “drop off to a partner optician” as the shipping method so that you can visit a service point in the area. You don't need an appointment for this.
