Dropping your glasses off in person
Prefer to drop off your glasses at a physical location? No problem! Simply order your glasses online and select "drop off at a service point" as your shipping method. Then, visit a partner optician in your area. You'll receive a notification within 5-8 business days once your glasses are ready for collection.
Important: Don't forget to mention your order number when you drop off your glasses!

Don't have a spare pair of glasses or contact lenses, and can't be without your current ones? No worries!
Simply order your new lenses online, then visit one of our partner opticians. They'll use a specialized 'tracer' device to accurately capture the exact shape of your existing lenses. This precise measurement allows us to custom-cut your new lenses to perfectly match your current frames.
As soon as your new lenses are ready (typically within 5-8 business days), we'll give you a call. Just stop by, and our optician will fit them into your glasses while you wait, so you can take them home immediately.
Our advice is to have your eyes tested every year. Your eyes are constantly changing, and a yearly check-up ensures your lenses always have the correct prescription and are a perfect fit for your vision needs.
